As Head Boy and Head Girl we are proud to represent our school on the website.

Newman is a friendly school and welcoming to all. The teachers are supportive, the lessons fun and examination results are outstanding. Apart from our general lessons there are also opportunities to attend exciting after school activities including swimming, crafts and many many more.

Students are also encouraged to participate in school productions and throughout the year we have special events such as Sports Evenings, Proms in Year 11 and Year 13 as well as Award Evenings. All students are encouraged to participate fully in school life from being a member of the school parliament to attending sports practices.

We have friendly staff and super student support officers who are there to support us however they can, enabling us to get the best out of Newman School.
