We have been running a very popular Christmas craft club over the past few weeks on a Wednesday after school. Week 1 was making gift tags, week 2 was cards and week 3 was making woolly hat decorations. Week 4 we will be making Christmas wrapping paper.

Sixth Form Visit to Liverpool

The Sixth Form visited Liverpool and enjoyed a whistle stop tour of the Liverpool University buildings. They then took a ferry tour across the Mersey taking in the sights, followed by some free time in Liverpool City Centre.

Year 13 Biology Fieldtrip to Mawbray Banks Nature Reserve

A Level biology pupils had a successful Fieldtrip to Mawbray Banks nature reserve near Allonby to study sand dune succession. This area of special scientific interested also includes a preserved 8000 year old forest, endangered species and remains of world war II operational signs and conservation cattle.
