New Age Kurling Team make it to the Regional Finals

 After qualifying for the 'New Age Kurling County Finals' back in December, Mrs Clapperton and Mrs Burns took the team to Penrith Leisure Centre to complete for a place in the Regional Finals. The team showed remarkable sportsmanship, skill and tactics which secured 2nd place overall qualifying them for a coveted place in the Regional Finals in Bolton (June 2026).The pupils were remarkable and won 5 games, drew 1 and lost 1.What an achievement! Well done Team Newman. We are so proud of each and every one of you.
