Year 10 GCSE Hospitality Experience

The Year 10 Hospitality and Catering trip to Gretna Green was an unforgettable experience! Pupils explored the world of hospitality, including a fun mock wedding at the iconic Blacksmith's Shop where two pupils "got married."

The day included hands-on activities such as a mocktail-making masterclass, pizza-making, and preparing a room for overnight guests—giving students valuable insights into catering and hotel management.

This mix of learning and laughter brought lessons to life, making it a truly memorable trip.  Thank you to the staff at the Smith's Hotel.
