On Friday 7 June there will be a Mass to celebrate the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, where our two new statues will be blessed. It will be a joint Mass with the Knights of St. Columba Mass to celebrate the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

A group of Year 8 pupils will be visiting The Devils' Porridge War Museum on Friday 7 June.  

A big well done to the Year 10 GCSE geography pupils who completed one of their geography field trips this week. Even with the poor weather on the Thursday, they worked well and collected some great data, although thankfully there was better weather on the Friday trip!

Last week KS3 pupils participated in a STEM workshop `Powering up the Planet'. Electricity North West in partnership with Science Made Simple visited the school in the hope of inspiring the next generation of scientists and engineers.
